KHỞI ĐỘNG KHÓA HUẤN LUYỆN EZ IMPACT BOOTCAMP 2022 MÙA THỨ 9

Entrepreneur Z Impact Bootcamp (EZ) là chương trình huấn luyện, đồng hành và ươm tạo người trẻ trở thành những nhà lãnh đạo với tinh thần doanh nhân tích cực, sáng tạo, kiến tạo và thay đổi tương lai.

Entrepreneur Z Impact Bootcamp do Trung tâm Sáng tạo và Ươm tạo FTU (FIIS) xây dựng, phát triển và lấy cảm hứng từ chương trình Active Citizen – Social Enterprises (ACSE) của Hội đồng Anh triển khai tại hơn 20 quốc gia trên thế giới. Impact Bootcamp EZ lan tỏa tinh thần công dân tích cực (active citizen), tinh thần lãnh đạo (leadership in you) và tinh thần doanh nhân (entrepreneurship), đào tạo kiến thức, kỹ năng lãnh đạo và mô hình kinh doanh sáng tạo đến người trẻ (youth), tạo cơ hội và bối cảnh để họ gặp gỡ, kết nối, chia sẻ, từ đó có thể tự tin, bản lĩnh, sáng tạo (innovation) và đồng sáng tạo (co-creation) những sáng kiến và giải pháp giải quyết các vấn đề và thách thức của cá nhân, tổ chức và xã hội.

EZ Impact Bootcamp được thực hiện trong 4 ngày bootcamp, 2 tuần cố vấn (coaching) và 2 tháng đồng hành với đội ngũ coach, faci chuyên nghiệp, nhiệt huyết và các chuyên gia, lãnh đạo, CEO giàu kinh nghiệm thực tiễn trong hệ sinh thái khởi nghiệp và đổi mới sáng tạo quốc gia và quốc tế. Chương trình áp dụng các phương pháp mới mẻ, hiện đại, sáng tạo và hiệu quả như học tập trải nghiệm và chiêm nghiệm thông qua case-study và dự án thực tiễn (project-based learning), facilitating, coaching, co-creating mang lại cho người tham gia trải nghiệm sáng tạo và áp dụng thực tiễn hiệu quả.

Tiếp nối thành công của 8 khóa huấn luyện Impact camp, Trung tâm Sáng tạo và Ươm tạo FTU – FIIS triển khai khóa huấn luyện EZ Impact Bootcamp 2022 mùa thứ 9. Chương trình lần này chú trọng vào việc xây dựng, phát triển các bạn học viên có góc nhìn, tư duy của công dân tích cực, bộ công cụ thiết kế tư duy (design thinking) cùng tinh thần lãnh đạo đổi mới sáng tạo (leadership for innovation).

EZ mong rằng khoá EZ9 lần này sẽ thu hút được thêm nhiều bạn trẻ đến với con đường đổi mới sáng tạo, khơi gợi niềm đam mê khởi nghiệp và tinh thần công dân tích cực đến với thế hệ trẻ Việt Nam nói chung.

Entrepreneur Z Impact Bootcamp (EZ) is a program that trains, accompanies and nurtures young people to become leaders with a positive entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, creation and change of the future.

Entrepreneur Z Impact Bootcamp is built, developed and inspired by the FTU Innovation and Incubation Center (FIIS) from the British Council’s Active Citizen – Social Enterprises (ACSE) program in more than 20 countries around the world. Impact Bootcamp EZ spreads the spirit of active citizen, leadership in you and entrepreneurship, training knowledge, leadership skills and innovative business models to young people, creating opportunities and contexts for them to meet, connect and share, so that they can be confident, brave, creative (innovation) and co-creation (co-creation) new ideas ideas and solutions to solve problems and challenges of individuals, organizations and society.

EZ Impact Bootcamp is carried out in 4 days of bootcamp, 2 weeks of mentoring and 2 months of companionship with a team of professional, enthusiastic coaches, faci, and experienced experts, leaders, CEOs in the system, national and international entrepreneurship and innovation ecology. The program applies new, modern, creative and effective methods such as experiential and contemplative learning through case-study and project-based learning, facilitating, coaching, co-creating give participants a creative experience and apply effective practices.

Following the success of 8 Impact camp training courses, FTU Innovation and Incubation Center – FIIS launches the 9th season of EZ Impact Bootcamp 2022. This program focuses on building and developing students. Learners have a positive citizen’s perspective and mindset, a design thinking toolkit, and a leadership for innovation.

EZ hopes that this EZ9 course will attract more young people to the path of innovation, ignite the passion for entrepreneurship and the spirit of active citizenship to the young Vietnamese generation in general.
